Following on Part One of the Selosse masterclass, the second part of the Jacques Selosse tastings will continue with a tasting of three of his principal labels : Initiale, Version Originale and Substance. Three examples of each label will be presented, each with a different disgorgement date so that there will nine different disgorgement dates between 2015 and 2004.

While the first session focused on how Anselme Selosse expresses his philosophy of champagne through specific vineyard plots and his unique wine production style to demonstrate his interpretation of Champagne “terroir”, Part Two will look at the impact of time on these expressions through each of Initiale, Version Originale and Substance. It promises to be a fascinating tasting. Spaces are limited and early sign-up is encouraged.

The series will be conducted by the first and only Singaporean Master of Wine, Mr Tan Ying Hsien MW. Ying has spoken on wine in Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, London, Ningxia and Perth. He has judged at international wine competitions frequently, including the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Competition and Decanter Asia Wine Awards.  Ying is also very engaged in the education programme of the Institute of Masters of Wine, mentoring and advising a number of students world-wide.
