Douro Tasting by Jorge Borges – Wine Tasting in Singapore
Taberna is pleased to host Jorge Borges, winemaker for a tasting of his wines from the Douro Valley in Portugal. The Duoro is better known for the production of sweet fortified Port but in this tasting at Taberna, Mr Borges will be showing his dry unfortified wines from the Duoro as well as Port. He formerly worked with Dirk van der Niepoort and is also the winemaker at Quinta do Passadouro.
