Taberna is pleased to present 5 wines from the Bourg and Castillon estates owned by Francois Mitjavile.

Francois Mitjavile is best known for raising Chateau Tentre Rotebouef, the Saint Emilion Grand Cru, out of obscurity to being one of Saint Emilion’s most sought after names.  Mitjavile’s meticulous winemaking is also applied to great effect in estates in the less well-known districts of Cotes de Bourg and Cotes de Castillon, whose wines will be shown at Taberna.  The following wines will be presented by Herve Salhi, brand ambassador for Mitjavile’s wines:-
